New SpringSource Certifications Available

The demand for Spring developers is sky-rocketing. As a consequence, the Core-Spring certification exam has been a success and we now have thousands of people certified. It was time for us to go one step further. We are proud to announce 2 new certification exams in the Spring ecosystem: the Web Application Developer Certification and the Enterprise Integration Specialist Certification.

The Web Application Developer Certification demonstrates the ability to apply Spring's web projects to develop real-world Java web applications. The main Spring projects are Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow and Spring Security. A prerequisite to taking this certification exam is to attend the "Rich Web Applications with Spring" course.

The Enterprise Integration Specialist Certification covers Enterprise Application Integration using Spring, JMS, Spring Batch, Spring Integration and Spring Web Services. A prerequisite to taking this certification exam is to attend the "Enterprise Integration with Spring" course.
