Project Status: Incubator (what does this mean?)

This extension provides additional adapters to complement and extend the functionality of the default adapters packaged with Spring Integration.

Currently this extension provides:

• The ftp adapters moved over from the main Spring Integration project.

There's no official release of this extension just yet but the following links are available to the latest build:

• For a zip with all the artifacts in it:
  https://build.springframework.org/download/EXT-SESIASNAPSHOT/artifacts/latest/artifacts

• For the individual jars:
  https://build.springframework.org/download/EXT-SESIASNAPSHOT/artifacts/latest/individual-jars

We recommend using Maven or Ivy to plug these jars into your own Spring Integration projects.

If you have an idea for a new adapter then please add a feature request for it and try to get some votes on the forums.

If you're considering writing an adapter yourself it's worth checking out the source code for this extension as it provides some first-rate examples of how to get started.
