VMware Brings the Cloud to Developers with Code2Cloud Hosted Application Lifecycle Tools

Last week at SpringOne 2GX, Rod Johnson presented Code2Cloud – a new cloud service for developers that will host code repositories, run continuous integration & build systems and provide fully integrated issue tracking. Code2Cloud is aimed at simplifying the entire application development process. With Code2Cloud, a developer needs only a single download of STS to create, deploy and evolve applications.

We see Code2Cloud as the natural next step in the Spring journey of simplifying the lives of Java developers, helping you focus on implementing business requirements without the distraction of infrastructural concerns.
