There were an amazing amount of content at SpringOne 2GX 2010 with over 100 deep technical sessions covering everything in the Spring, Groovy, Grails and Tomcat universe. In this session Juergen Hoeller gives a presentation covering What's New in Spring 3.1.:

Juergen starts with a review of the most important features that came with Spring 3.0, and then previews Spring 3.1. He discusses the new support for environment profiles, cache abstraction, and conversation management. He wraps up the talk with a sneak preview of Spring 3.2 which is targeted to support Java SE 7 release.
