Spring Roo samples on Google App Engine

Google App Engine now runs Roo MVC and GWT applications without the need to tweak configuration settings. Check out the Vote and Expenses samples on the app engine.

With the upcoming Roo 1.2.0.M1 release (or a snapshot now) you can use the "persistence provider --provider DATANUCLEUS --database GOOGLE_APP_ENGINE" command to prepare your app ready for upload to the app engine.

Note that some JPA features are not supported so please check the restrictions.
