The second (and intended final) release candidate for Spring 3.1 is now available from our http://maven.springframework.org/milestone repository or for direct download via community download page. This release primarily consists of important bug fixes on the way to GA and fleshing out reference documentation, as well as a few useful minor new features and improvements.
