SPRING 3.1 GOES GA!

The Spring team is very pleased to announce the general availability of Spring 3.1 via http://repo.springsource.org/release, our community download page, and via Maven Central. This is a major feature release fully compatible with earlier versions and a recommended upgrade for all Spring users.
