Come enjoy Spring in Sydney.The meeting will start with Ben Alex from Interface21 showing us how to leverage Spring 2's excellent new namespaces feature to develop custom configuration directives, followed by Ramon Buckland from Infocomp exploring services oriented architecture (SOA) and JBI.Ben's talk should be great for anyone who is interested in what's coming in Spring 2, is tired of maintaining their own in-house frameworks, or otherwise find themselves repeating XML fragments regularly.Ramon Buckland will emphasize a real-world Spring application they've built using SOA and JBI. Ramon's presentation is especially timely given recent industry discussion about the relevance of J2EE in an SOA world.
